  Booked an appointment for 2 people. The woman on the phone was unprofessional. We drove to our appointment from the other end of NB to find out that due to smell of gas in the mall they are closing. This is totally understandable, however, I do not understand why they would not have called us to cancel. Oddly enough they opened their door for two people in front of us to fullfill their scheduled appointments. Additionally, if you were concerned about safety you would have evacuated. The woman who came out to explain the situation was snippy, making no attempt to be polite or appologetic. I will not be returning to this salon, which is unfortunate as I have been a patron for a number of years.

  I've been going to this salon for waxing for several years. However today we received terrible service. When booking an appointment in the morning, the lady answers calls was unprofessional and lack people skills. When arriving for scheduled appointment, they closed the salon for "gas smell", which is absolutly fine. But driving all the way there with no phone call to cancel or re book appointment and a very rude explanation from the salon owner. A phone call would have been greatly appreciated, as phone numbers are given when booking appointments for that reason.

  I went to enviro trends the next day to get it fixed (the best they could) they are wonderful and did temporarily fix my hair after all colour does rinse out quite quickly. It cost me 600.00 at enviro trends. Almost a total of 750.00. I went back to paraminos and gave the girl at the front desk both my receipt, as I don’t feel responsible for most of the cost to get my hair repaired. The resceptionist said that the owners were out of town and that the best she could do was past the message along.. that was 6 months ago..

  I booked an appointment to get slight light brown/copper to my hair. What I got was dreadful. Nicole was the one that did my hair. I got there, waited 25 minutes, with an appointment, she added the colour to my hair and left. After a while my neck started to burn. I got up and went to find my ‘hair dresser’, I found her at the front desk computer buying a picture frame off of kijiji. I told her what was happening and she immediately rinsed it out.. unfortunately she burnt 7inches off my hair and rashed/burned the back of my neck. I’ll attach pictures. My hair has not grown since but has actually gotten thinner. If that’s not bad enough she charged me 140.00 anyways and had the advice.. ‘I suggest not working, keeping your hair free of heat and if you have to go out to put it up in a bun’.. I was crying to hysterically to respond.
