  I have been going there for years now .... the staff is always friendly and accommodating as much as they possibly can. There are some that will be negative or complain no matter where they go or no matter the service they get. Some will expect someone to work on their nails and feet and expect it to be less than $20.00. Really??? For the price charged, it is very affordable. If someone wants top of the line service, then go to a high end place where you'll also pay high end prices. I have been to many places in my time, and since going there, I'm quite happy and satisfied. I have been to many places in my time, including to some places in the Great Toronto, and they were not so great. Good work Ladies. BL

  Not from north bay. Was here for a wedding this past week, came to spring n nails for a shellac manicure. First of all salon was FILTHY!!!! Tools are not cleaned properly which is extremely disgusting and dangerous. I hardly got a manicure.... I had to ask her to trim my cuticles for me and ask her to trim and nails. Then came time for the colour. I have been getting shellac manicures for 4 years now. I have never had such an awful manicure... she literally slopped the polish on was chunky, un even, bubbly, you could see bristles from the brushes dried underneath the polish. Also the polish was all over the sides of my fingers. To be honest it looked like it was done by a five year old... customer service was even worse then the manicure. Asked to speak to a manager and then had some young girl come up who was extremely rude I was simply showing and explaining to her what was wrong with my nails, she didn't seem to care at all!!! Left with an awful manicure and paid full price... then had to go to a wedding. Do not recommend this place at all!!!!! Worst service ever.

  I'm not from anywhere around here but, they were great!! I literally waited 3 minutes before they had me in the chair! Nice quiet atmosphere too. Will go there again next time I come this way!

  Awesome place , always the best pedicures for men anyway and the staff is always smiling. They will rejuvenate your feet.
