I go to Cycle Works for all of my cycling needs. I have always received professional service and good value for my dollars. This shop has most of my favourite brands and is able to cover any product needs I have faced. Looking forward to year's riding season!

I purchased a crank puller, made by Park Tools, and the next day after just two cranks removed, the tool broke. Even after the two successful crank removals, I noticed that the threads on the puller shank were already beginning to bind which caused me some concern but when the main part that threads into the crank body broke in two, I just assumed it was just a bad batch of metal that this one was made of and brought it back to Cycle Works the next morning with my receipt. I was surprised when they refused to refund my purchase until they sent the part off to Park Tools to first see if it would be refunded to them from the tool company. I was not impressed to drop $30 on a tool that was defective and not be reimbursed, especially seeing as Park Tools is a big company that would no doubt honor such a refund. As I expected its been several weeks and have heard nothing from them, hope they enjoy that last $30 I'll ever spend in their shop!
