  A nice customer service touch, they knew what bookings were coming in that morning, so when I went to the counter and identified myself, their response was to smile and hand me the keys, not "ok, let me look that up." Harder to do in a bigger market, but impressive that they recognize the smaller market and operate in a way to offer that level of personalized service.

  I had a great experience with my recent rental. The car was ready and clean, paperwork was all in order and a complimentary upgrade. Plus, they asked if I wanted the upgrade, otherwise they could offer me the car that I did book.
