  Dave is open minded, he listened to what I wanted while giving me suggestions. He quoted and installed what I wanted. He is available when ever I have questions about my system. His staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about what they are doing. They managed to complete work required in less time that was expected.   I love that this is a local business ran by a very caring and trustworthy family. Dave installed a gas fireplace and it runs perfectly.   I contacted multiple Heating and Cooling businesses in North Bay for quotes for a massive HVAC conversion from an old boiler / radiator system. Most declined the job as too complicated. Dave's Heating and Cooling took on the job, designed and installed a multi-damper zoned top of the line HVAC system controlled by an Observer control system. We were delighted by the speed and efficiency of the multiple crews that worked tirelessly around the clock to make this happen. We have since had a Humidifier added and the service was once again exceptional. The work that was carried out for us was the most technical possible in the trade.....just as important, they were very fairly priced! I look forward to working with them again in the future!
