  We called ahead of time to go to an open swim with our 3 month old baby. We where told the times and when we showed up next day the person told us we where to late. Terrible service. Don't tell someone a time if you don't know for sure. What a waste of time

  Very welcoming for someone who is from a different YMCA location. Would say that the layout of the building is very confusing however there is a lot of space for a variety of activities. I enjoyed their big gym with the TRX because it was often quiet when no classes were around to just do my yoga!

  Love the pool area, but wish the therapy pool was cleaned/scrubbed more often.

  So not impressed with membership cancellation policy. In the past, we have been able to cancel a membership by phone. NOW, the YMCA refuses to cancel by phone. It is necessary to go in person to sign a paper. They even refuse to fax or send a link via email with the paperwork that needs to be filled out. Why can't the YMCA help busy families? How difficult is it to fax or email? Instead, they prefer to make busy people drive to the YMCA to sign a piece of paper. Very disappointed with customer service.
