  Very clean and staff were great my only complaint was that it was 9:15am I came in for breakfast and there was not much there so I was going to make a waffle but couldn't bcuz the lady had already started cleaning it before breakfast was even done.

  I had read reviews online about this hotel and they seemed good for an inexpensive hotel so we chose to stop here to break up a trip between Ottawa and Sault St Marie. It quickly became clear that cleanliness is not a priority, or that the cleaner didn't show up for work that day. I can't tell which because I've never stayed at this location before. There was, however, streaks of something slimy on the bedside table, mold in the shower and the toilet barely flushed. There was also a hockey team staying on our floor which was an issue because we were exhausted and they were loud. I went to the front desk to ask for a cancellation because of the noise and the cleanliness issue and the receptionist offered to put me in another room (and I must say she was very nice) but that didn't solve the issue of a poorly cleaned hotel. She offered to call the manager, and then the two of them proceeded to have a phone conversation (with me standing there), in which it was decided I should only get half my money back because "there wasn't anywhere else in the city for me to stay with all the hockey tournaments on". That felt like the last straw. I accepted the 50% refund and left.

  Hotel pictures are exactly what the rooms are..clean and spacious.the beds are so comfortable and they give u fantastic fluffy pillows.4 to a bed and everything was beautiful.microwave and fridge worked great.deep soaking bathtub.the breakfast was fantastic and the staff friendly and amazing ..this motel is an A plus.
