  My agent offered me his old laptop which was much appreciated but my laptop was only 4 months old at the time not 4 years. a week later I contacted Shannon and the response I got back from her was absolutely disgusting and for a broker it was handled EXTREMELY unprofessional.

  I am extremely disappointed in Remax and how this entire situation was handled as I did report this to the police as well. I was basically shoved to the corner after my house sold and they received a sale and told to go threw my own insurance company which my deductible was 1000.00 yes I choose my deductible but I also didn't think that clients of an agent would go threw my house allowing them to go separate ways in my home and have my personal electronics stolen from my own home. im betrayed and do not trust and will never trust agents to come threw my home.

  moral of the story be careful having clients going through your home because you may have something go missing. they told me in the clause it states to hide important things but if that were the case I would have had to take my 50" television off the wall everytime clients went through my home. pretty hard to hide stuff when you trust agents to go into your home with there clients and this happens.

  -Put my house on the market had an offer come threw which waited 10 days and never heard anything so the offer expired. Had one viewing then a second viewing and during the second viewing (same clients) I had not one but 2 laptops go missing from my house which I might add were NOT very visible by any means. Spoke to Shannon Unger which is the Broker at this company as she filled her eyes with tears "feeling for me" about this situation as I had been going threw a lot at the time.
