    I don't like customer service, every time I go there I walk in and say "Hi, how's it going" the staff always just give you a blank stare and do not respond. Doesn't matter which staff it is anymore. I remember one staff used to be friendly but now does the same thing. SO I'm guessing its a management issue. They ALSO have the nerve to leave a tip cup out when they have poor customer service, it's always awkard ordering a sub there. I only eat their because the franchise makes sub-par sandwiches.

    Location is clean. Food is fresh. Never a long wait. Staff is friendly.

    I love Mr. Sub! We don't have any back home and its nice not to always eat at the competitors.
