  Lloyd gave us a good price on storage. That's great. It is inconvenient that you have to coordinate he will be around to get into the storage lockers. When it came time to move our stuff out, I didn't get it all out, so I called him up to discuss it with him. I told him we don't need that whole huge space but I couldn't get all the stuff out right away, and he said not to worry, we would settle the payment when we did get the rest out and that he would look for a smaller space for us meantime. We never did get the smaller space. He ended up charging us double what we originally paid. Not a regular rate. Just double. Keep your stuff somewhere else.

  A bunch of my things got mouldy despite it being "climate-controlled". When I confronted the owner about it, he was extremely rude and completely stonewalled me, claiming that "I was the first person to ever get mould there" and "my things must have been damp when I moved in". I moved in on a sunny spring day. When I moved out, the building even smelled damp.

  This is a horrible place to bring ur stuff andbi have multiple ppl who can say the same thing. I had a storage unit here and i wasnt aloud to go into my locker becausr he put on a second lock i wasnt able to go get anything for 6mths and then when i went to pay and say im taking my stuff out he said i sold all ur stuff. I of course was so heart broken there were very valuable non replaceable sentimential items and i mentally and emotionally went through a deprressional state. I found laws that state he was suppose to wait 90 days with ever effort to get ahold me my phone messages mail n my back up number which he nevet did and when i started dping researcj i found out he sold my items through his store 6 mths to this incident.

  AMAZING storage, Lloyd is the best. Saved us when we were in need. I recommend this storage facility to anyone! :)
