  Nice people, very helpful. Fixed up my cowboy boots for one more go around when I was sad and grumpy that they were finally dead and could not be resurrected, and they did warn me to enjoy the time that i had left with them. My feet are happy again!

  got Birkenstocks fixed and the quality of material used looked very cheap, got them back and one sandal is too small now. also someone stepped on the back of my heel and they completely flaked apart. waited 2-3 weeks for the shoes to be fixed. very unimpressed with this service will not be coming back. with all this it would've been more worth it to buy a new pair of shoes. (fixing them was half the price)

  Have brought boots, shoes, leather jackets in to be repaired( I drive an hour to them). We are always happy with the repairs . Great craftsmen and kind and courteous service.
