    The drivers and ticket agents were very helpful and didn't mind my questions due to the fact that I've never traveled with them before

    Honestly, i find the pricing a little rediculous. Down in niagara falls, i could get my ten trippers cheaper, and for a more expensive monthly bus pass, it includes more down south. I find it rediculous they charge 57 for two ten trippers. Outside of that friendly service and fairly regular bus times.

    Great way to travel in the winter time. Let the big wheels take you where you need to go.

    The bus was 2 hours late and I wasn't informed about this until I asked why it hadn't showed up an hour after it was supposed to. They could have posted a note on the departure board!!!!!

    Usually they're great, the past few times I've tried to call them to inquire about a certain issue and they don't answer their phone. Rings for a few minutes and then gets declined..
