  I think they got new staff, because the line is always extremely long and the staff cannot keep up with it. The result seems to be a poor quality product being served to customers. Orders wrong, mold on bread. The staff is cheerful and apologetic about it but the location definitely needs some help.

  they keep giving the wrong stuff, i guess its my fault for not checking always but the food sucks anyway its a disgrace for timhortons name, their food there taste different, the service is good but the food are just not as yummy and they keep giving the wrong stuff at the drive through

  Waited 15 minutes in line, only had one type if muffin, couldn't have the sandwich I ordered, only had one type of muffin and my soup was cold when I got it. Unimpressed. Will not return to this location.

  You can hear some cool English/Somali code-switching here. Clean, not excessively busy, good staff (it seems). They've a (fake) fireplace and a television, the downside being that it's always set to CNN.

  Good coffee, the food tastes different here than any other Timmies in North Bay (not for the better), Nice staff (even when they seem stressed), busy (but considering where they're located, it's no surprise.)
