  My family and I have purchased multiple vehicles from Joe and his team and to start with they have very helpful and knowledgeable staff always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were happy with our purchase and all maintenance was completed properly the first time. Second Chris in finance is one of the best at what he does, I was nervous about approval and he worked on it until he was able to approve me at prime rate which I thought was impossible. All in all I would never go anywhere else and I will support this local business everytime I’m looking to upgrade. Thanks to Joe, Chris and the Top picks team for their excellent work.

  Huge selection of vehicles and very knowledgable staff. Chris did a great job getting the financing approved even thoough my credit wasn't the best. Would highly recommend their dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Great job guys !

  The perfect example of how the appraisal system for old cars is broken. Walked in paid 60 bucks for a 50 dollar service where he asked what I had and what I paid and wrote me the appraisal. How is it you can appraise a car you haven't seen and know nothing about?

  Logically, you cannot. However he wrote it up and didn't have change for my 60. Riiight, just like you didn't have change the last time.

  Also no parking, at all. You will have to drive around find a spot and walk through the snow and their unshoveled parking lot and stairs. Bring some dawn soap because you will feel greasy when you leave.

  Me and my wife been looking all around for a affordable Ford Escape with low mileage and couldn't find one that had low enough mileage until we looked at Top Picks Auto in North Bay. Wow.... not only we found the vehicle we wanted but the service was awesome! They take time for you and got to admit they have the best financial rates I've seen. The service is amazing.... the deals are super and the rates are just plain AWESOME!!!! I recommend Top Picks Auto on Lakeshore Drive in North Bay to everyone!!!!
