  Best service I've had at a Toyota. The service workers were extremely helpful in helping me choose a block heater for my car, they explained the cost before hand and booked me in for an appointment right away. When I arrived for my appointment they greeted me with smiles and checked in on me while my car was being worked on, giving me updates on the time and offering beverages. The service guy also reassured me that they made sure one of the more experienced and long time workers installed my heater to make sure everything went smoothly due to it being an older version. Really appreciate how kind everyone was and the service I received.

  service for the car was done as explained and in the time frame that was told to me . service personnel are very attentive to your needs and make you feel that you are important to them . all was first class

  Went in to North Bay Toyota last week after one of our family vehicles unexpectedly broke down. We had already explored a couple local dealerships and after hearing a few recommendations decided to check out Toyota (have never owned a Toyota before). Sales person was extremely arrogant and not personable at all. Very argumentative and abrupt. He asked what we were paying on our last vehicle and said that there was no way that we would even pay close to the same with Toyota and proceeded to talk down about other local dealerships (one which he said was owned by the same owner as Toyota). He was hesitant to look at numbers without even knowing our budget. Initially we were told that we would not have an opportunity to view the vehicle we were interested in and that it is unlikely to be able to with Toyota vehicles as they are all "ordered in". Eventually he was able to locate the vehicle for us to take a test drive. Features of the vehicle were not discussed and he barely stepped outside with us. Very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism by this employee. As a result we decided to explore other options and were able to find our new family vehicle elsewhere.

  We purchased a RAV at North Bay Toyota in the spring and received great service from the sales team. Less than a year later we needed to upgrade to a larger vehicle to suit our growing family and again we received excellent service from the sales department. Thank you so much Roberto for going above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed and for answering all our questions! We love our Sienna
