    He's always a polite and pleasant person, but clearly his patients are not his priority. I quickly remembered what my last appointment was like, as a room full of people sat and waited, and waited, and waited.... I finally just left.

    Dr. Spencer has been our family doctor for 30 years and both he and his staff have always provided the highest level of care. Very professional and friendly.
