  Knowledgeable and helpful sales staff! Went out of their way to find a deal that had ended amd still honoured the price when I arrived late! Warm, genuine people that were pleased to ensure I was leaving a satisfied customer. Kudos Staples North Bay!

  Took in fully functional computer with charging issues and got it back with no display. Took ot to another repair place and was told someone had broken the connector inside the computer. Back to Staples who refused to accept responsibility. Never will they see another penny from me and I used to shop there regularly.

  Very nice staff and super clean.My only negative comment would be that alot of time the Google Drive or Cloud isnt working in the self print dept.A few times I used the online service and have hard a hard time getting them off the printers

  The personal and professional attention I received from both your assistants at your copy and print counter was greatly appreciated. Congrats to the two young ladies for a job well done. As one of your regular customer, it feels good to receive such a praiseworthy service. Also, as a former customer service manager for 42 years (now retired), I can tell when exceptional customer service is offered and I must say that your entire staff is to be complimented. A more than satisfied customer.

  I gave this store a 5 stars. Because this was the first store in North Bay that welcomes Nefertiti(service dog) into the store. More importantly, it was the managers who welcomed us. They appeared to be having a discussion at the time and they stopped to acknowledge Nefertiti and me.I had tears in my eyes because prior to coming to the store, Nefertiti and I had been rejected at the "Multicultural Center" . Oh boy that hurts like hell!!! So we went to Staple North Bay expecting the same rejection. But to my surprise these managers turned around and welcomed us to the store. Since then, I kept going back for all my office needs. I want to say "Thanks" Staple you had not only provided security and acceptance, but printer, paper,computer etc. So that I could be successful at school and your store was the only place I could find name pouches for Nefertiti and many more services.As a person with disability you made my life a little easier. We will miss your services.
