  Went in on boxing day with my mother as she liked a mattress on the flyer. When asking to view the item the sales associates response was "unfortunately this item isn't in stock we could order it but I wouldn't suggest that without seeing it"

  Stay away from this store or shop online. Management using manipulative and outdated salestactics to meet targets for the season at the expense of their clients. Will never shop with the Brick North Bay again.

  I said I'll return everything and ask for refund. They said NO, we do not have return policy and after purchase, you have to contact the manufacturer !!! MEANING NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

  I got far far far better service and product with other store selling same products, like IKEA. They have costumer service and they are HONEST.

  When Called them and told them I need to check all my order to see if there is something similar in other stuff, they told me you have two days to check every thing and your two day finishes today, when we leave our store. As it is a Saturday, they close at 5 PM. I said I will check and let you know by email, they answered NO.

  I called for a warranty claim and was horribly disappointed by the supervisor that answered my call (psychopath). She had negative remarks and an off-putting attitude from the start so I asked if there was an issue and that's when she started to argue with me. When I asked for a manager she said there wasn't one. Needless to say that this place is a joke and only in North Bay would this happen. This Brick is not a corporate store and isn't held accountable in the same way so be careful of what you buy. I would highly recommend going elsewhere, especially considering I’ve had to have my couches replaced 4 times since purchase.

  I made a 9000$ purchase. after the delivery, I figured out my coffee table is damaged. As you see in the photos, damages are painted with a brown paint, so that the costumer can't see the damage. Meaning instead of selling it "AS IS" with a lower price, the sell it with regular price. It is CON!
