  I joined fit body a little over 1 year ago. Never thought I could do this at 55 yrs old with back problems. Lee-Anne Houle the owner made me feel welcome from day 1 and has helped me get stronger. The best part is that no one judges. Best place ever to go workout with great people.

  Great atmosphere! Be prepared to sweat! You will see results!!! Workouts are always different so you don't get bored and staff and members are supportive and encouraging. Quick and intense workout sessions that are easy to fit into any schedule. Modifications are there for all fitness levels.

  Fit Body bootcamp makes working out enjoyable! It's 30 minutes of "me" time and the encouragement and support the other members give you is unbelievable!!! Lee-Anne , the owner, genuinely cares and lends her knowledge to guarantee you success! Hands down, best decision I ever made was changing my life by joining this amazing gym!!!

  Fit body boot camp is the best place to go! You work hard and you see results. Lee Ann and her crew are always there to help you in every way! Thank god for them! This place has changed my life for the better. Great atmosphere all around! Love my fit body family!

  Well exceeded my expectations for a gym. It's more like a family. With everyone being so friendly and encouraging. 30 minute workouts and access to a room for the kids, makes it difficult to find an excuse not to go workout. Lee-Anne and her staff are amazing.
