  A little slow, and the tables could have been cleaner. Staff were friendly. Food was good. I couldn't sign in to the WiFi.

  Food was good as always. It was quite busy, 30min wait and restaurant felt crowded as we dined. But staff was helpful and friendly.

  10 minute wait for server for beverage, 40 minute wait for food. For the entire wait, not one server update and hardly busy today. Noticed at least 3 other tables looking around for their server and/or food. Terrible experience here.

  server was great. Food was typical for Swiss Chalet. However part of the food was cold when it came. But the server came good on it right away

  $55 for a family feast. Could of got a bigger chicken from Wal-mart for $7.97. Food got here and it was freezing cold, got very little portions of mashed potato (was less than a scoop). Got a little salad that could only feed 1 person, the chicken was still pink in the inside. We got charged for 4 sparkling lemonades that we didn't get so we had to call them. They still didn't do anything about the missing drinks, they just told us they ran out of it and they didn't even say sorry (this was the manager on the phone). Made my 1 year old child gag. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. OVER CHARGING. BAD QUALITY OF FOOD. BAD MANAGEMENT. p.s. DO NORTH BAY A FAVOR AND SHUT DOWN YOUR RESTAURANT
