  Your family pet is in great hands at Cassells Animal Hospital. Such a terrific team of caring, compassionate & knowledgeable people. Excellent customer service; they take the time to speak with you! Never once have I felt that they are in this for the money, it's easy to see that they simply care about the well-being of your family pet. I can't say enough great things about these people! Keep up the great work!

  I gave this animal clinic one star because the dogs that they see would be a lot more compassionate and kind. Shamefully, they show their true colors before I turn over my service dog for them to do surgery on her on Thur. I was really lucky, God was on my side because they turned away my service dog who severely broke two of her toes on the top of her foot while running at university on Tue Sept 26. two days before her surgery with them. I was given an appointment for 9.30 to get her in to be seen .I was 20 mins late driving from Sudbury Ont through countless constructions and called a half hour prior to let them know that I am trapped in traffic with a dog crying and groaning in pain. But they told me that I should not bother to come in because I will impede on someone's time. Really!!! Yes !! dont bring in a service dog with two badly broken toes and in severe pain. I was floored because the dogs would have given up their spots. I have been to this clinic before and they made me wait . However, I took the dog anyway and they turned us away. Yes ! turned me away because other clients will have to wait they said "you were twenty mins late" I was coming from Sudbury with a crying dog that could not put her foot on the ground . Standing in the parking lot ,one of the patrons saw us and called another vet for my service dog. We found out then that her toes were badly broken. Who does this ?Cassells Animal clinic. The manager is so dump, she said to me in my distress we dont give away free service here. Who asked her for anything free, beg,borrow or steal. I pay a lot of money to the other vet because the dog had to be put to sleep for the x-rays. These people are very a coldhearted bunch, but there is one of the vets that i see regularly, she seemed okay. But its frightening that My dog was suppose to do surgery dog here if she did not break her toes two days prior. I am lucky. because my dog might not be alive if they did her surgery. Not even in Toronto they dont turn away sick and injured animals. Get some heart for Christ sake!!!! You need a near death to know KINDNESS and compassion!!!

  I am extremely pleased with the service at Cassells Animal. I have never seen anyone treat my dog as they do. They actually came to the front and sat on the floor with her the first time I brought her in. Willow was nervous as it was her first time at the vet. They made her feel loved and now she heads right to the door, tail wagging. That means a lot to me knowing she likes going to the vet. When I did need to get surgery done, the vet sent me a text with her picture saying everything went well and the Dr. would be calling me shortly. That was the most amazing thing. I still have the text and show everyone how they treat you and your furry family. THEY ARE, IN MY EYES, THE BEST ANIMAL HOSPITAL AROUND!!!

  I give this animal clinic one star because who turns away a dog with two badly broken toes.More importantly a service dog. Yes they turn away my service dog Nefertiti as I was 20min late bringing her in . Because I got stuck in construction with a dog groaning in pain . The reason they gave because we dont want others to wait. Really! So you me turned away with a sick animal because you don't want anyone to wait. I have been there and you made me wait . So what's the big rush now that my dog have not one but two severely broken toes. Who does this type of cold hearted things only Cassell animals clinic .I did not beg,borrow or steal anything from the office manager and the first dump thing that came out of her mouth. We dont give away service for free. If the people and the dogs in your clinic knew that a dog was in pain from two broken toes. They would have given nefertiti their spot than made her suffer in pain.Listen I do not want anything from you to buy, steal or beg.Because the dogs that come to your clinic have more compassion and kindness. I thought you had some standard even if you don't know how to show compassion. . But I was wrong. This plant tells you what's on my mind.
